I am not your average personal trainer!
Firstly, you should know that training with me will not look or feel like training with anyone else. This is because I tackle fitness, weight loss and muscle growth in a very different way to other personal trainers.
Your results are guaranteed!
If you have not experienced significant (measurable) change in the first month (provided that you have followed my instruction carefully). I will refund you. Results can be expected on a continuous basis until you reach your agreed goal(s).
Your training (and diet) is tailored to you and your goals!
Personal training should not be a conveyor belt. You will be assessed before we begin and I will provide you with a programme to meet your needs. I take notes throughout each session and I will expect you to keep notes outside your personal training sessions.
You will need to train little and often outside our sessions
Depending on your number of sessions, I will likely ask you to carry out a number of tasks outside your personal training sessions. This will increase the speed of your results, dramatically!
You will be expected to carry out all my recommendations
For predictable results, you will need to follow your exercise plan and nutritional advice meticulously (and take notes) — as our sessions will not compensate for an incompatible lifestyle.
