Since qualifying as a personal trainer (14 years ago), I have continued studying to optimise the training and nutrition (and health) of clients looking to lose weight, build muscle and/or increase their fitness.

Over this time, I have had many successful clients and have been able to build systems which are both predictable and enjoyable for clients to maintain in the long-term.
