Mike Kirk changed my life. When I met him, I was an extremely unhealthy weight, totally unfit, and ate and drank whatever I liked whenever I liked. Comfort eating, snacking all day, alcohol every night, coffee to wake me up the next day: a cycle that had gone on for years.
I’d had enough, but didn’t know how to change my habits or whether I had what it would take to stick with it. Mike took things slowly, to start with, getting me used to the idea of exercise, healthier eating and slow weight loss over a period of time.
